Karo Platinum Private Limited is preparing to commence mining operations on its lease in Ngezi in the coming months. As we move into this exciting phase of development, we are seeking experienced mining professionals with proven expertise in Zimbabwe’s platinum group metals (PGMs) sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving operational excellence and will work closely with our mining contractor to optimize production, resource management, and technical integration within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Provide strategic financial leadership across the Group, ensuring effective control of capital and operating costs, procurement, contract management, statutory compliance, and funding.

• Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (postgraduate qualification preferred).

• Minimum of twelve (12) years financial leadership experience

• Strong background in mining, project accounting, and capital-intensive industries
