Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and recording all financial transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Preparing, verifying and processing payments to suppliers, service providers and policyholders.
  • Receiving and recording premium collections and other income.
  • Preparing bank deposits and perform daily bank reconciliations.
  • Reconciling customer, supplier and general ledger accounts.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Processing journal entries and updating accounting records.
  • Monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue accounts.
