Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Oversee taxation, royalties, and regulatory compliance
• Develop financial models and support business planning
• Monitor revenues, costs, and capital expenditure
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Present financial reports and insights to management

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s an advantage)
• ACCA, CIMA, CA, or related professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ finance experience
• Mining or extractive industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of Zimbabwean taxation and royalty structures advantageous
