Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Oversee taxation, royalties, and regulatory compliance
- Develop financial models and support business planning
- Monitor revenues, costs, and capital expenditure
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Present financial reports and insights to management
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s an advantage)
- ACCA, CIMA, CA, or related professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ finance experience
- Mining or extractive industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Zimbabwean taxation and royalty structures advantageous
