Job Summary
Nash Paints Inc is looking for Salesperson to be based at our Gweru Branch. He/She should have a vast knowledge of Gweru area. The person will be responsible for selling paint products and paint accessories; meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets. He/She has to ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Gathering market and customer information
• Negotiating sales and closing sales
• Customer service
• Recording sales and order information
• Serving customers in the branch and at their premises when necessary
• Taking customer complaints and suggestions
• Taking part in promotional activities
• Educating customers about Nash Paints products
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
Qualifications And Experience
• At least 5 O Level Subjects including Mathematics and English
• Clean Class 4 drivers licence
• Customer Service skills
• Flexibility
• Meeting Sales Goals
• Territory Management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills
