We have been retained by our Client in the tobacco industry to facilitate the recruitment & selection of self-driven and competent personnel to fill the vacant positions that have arisen within their organisation.

Principal Accountabilities
+ Implements grower registration
+ Provides extension services to registered growers
+ Ensure that good agronomic practices are undertaken at each stage of the tobacco production cycle.
+ Supervises the tobacco inputs distribution program
+ Monitors & reports the agronomy yield forecasts, tobacco quality and utilisation costs.
+ Updates experts by employing a proactive approach to learning.

Job Related Attributes
The ideal incumbent must possess the following minimum qualifications, competencies and experience:
+ A Degree or Diploma in Agronomy orequivalent
+ A minimum of 3 years tobacco production experience
+ Prior experience in the tobacco sector is required
+ Aclean driver’s licence is a must
