Female Accountant

A mature Female Accountant REQUIRED.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statement
• Prepare various reports in the area of income, expenditure, cashflow and asset utilisation
• Maintain cash book and perform bank reconciliations daily
• Import inventory costing and pricing
• Inventory (stock ) management, implementing an efficient stock management system and reconciliation
• Manage debtors and creditors balances on regular basis
• Ensure regular reconciliations are carried out on all balance sheet accounts
• Assist with cash flow management
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets
• Maintain Asset register
• Payroll processing

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Pastel
• Pleasant personality
• Administrative skills
• Fully computer literate with high Excel skills
• Ability to work to tight deadline with high level of accuracy

• Accounting Degree/Diploma
