The Job:

• Provide administration and operational support to the Life Assurance sales team.

• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate Life Agents to achieve set objectives.

• Monitor team performance, identify growth gaps, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.

• Compile, track, and analyse sales figures for performance reporting and insights.

• Provide market intelligence customer feedback, emerging trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy.

• Ensure quality control of all new business submissions and maintain compliance standards

The Person:

• A Business-related degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least two years’ experience in a related field such as banking or insurance marketing.

• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Strong managerial acumen and exceptional selling skills.

• Confident, mature, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Ability to relate well with people from diverse backgrounds and maintain a strong service orientation.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Sociable, resourceful, proactive, results-focused, and adaptable.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Clean driver’s licence is a requirement.
