The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Providing executive leadership and strategic oversight of feedmill operations.
•⁠ ⁠Managing procurement of raw materials and ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies.
•⁠ ⁠Developing and implementing business management policies to support growth and sustainability.
•⁠ ⁠Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the feedmill.
•⁠ ⁠Ensuring compliance with corporate governance, financial, and operational standards.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠A degree in Business Management, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is an added advantage).
•⁠ ⁠Proven executive-level experience in procurement, feedmill operations, or agro-industrial environments.
•⁠ ⁠Strong corporate background with solid business management and strategic planning skills.
•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations.
