Qualifications And Experience
• Relevant Experience in farm management – min 5 years a must with traceable references.
• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture a pre-requisite with high ICT literacy
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent People management a must
• Class 4 drivers licence
• Age between 30 and 45 strictly.
• Mature, energetic and be receptive to learning new technologies to help improve productivity and profitability, exceptional team leader with a flexible attitude and sound work ethic.
