REQUIREMENTS
Horticultural Degree or higher diploma from a reputable institution
5 Years’ experience in a Horticultural management role
Able to build, lead and motivate a large team, good communicator.
Computer literate in all usual business applications (email/excel/word/point/etc and able to learn new apps quickly)
