WHO WE ARE?
Daily Select Agri is a Boer Goats farm and we are very excited to announce that we now have a Farm Manager position in Sanyati to those that are interested in being a part of our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The full time position is to be the lead role in caring for our Boer Goats and a wide variety of farm livestock, driving daily routines, and ensuring the smooth running of a small friendly team.
You will have a passion for farming and broad experience in people and livestock management.
You will be able, enthusiastic and pro active, happy to be fully involved “hands on” in every area of the farm life – implementing our breeding program, lambing, kidding, weaning, field maintenance and fencing, tractor work, open days with the public and cleaning out schedules.
You will share responsibility for paper work, online reporting and recording, and liase closely with the onwer.
You must have an intelligent and committed responsible attitude to handling, moving and medicating goats, cattle, sheep, pigs is a plus.
Salary will be based on age and experience for a 30 day period and agreed individually with the successful candidate.
