Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to fill the role of Farm Manager/Business Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the farm’s business vision and strategy. This is not just a managerial position but a chance to be a key player in a start-up venture that is set to make a significant impact in the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall business strategy for Chumezh Farms.
Manage day-to-day farm operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Oversee crop production, livestock management, and other agricultural activities.
Implement sustainable and innovative farming practices.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
Lead and inspire a team of farm workers to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
