Duties And Responsibilities

• Controls of stocks and all farm inputs
  • Budget control and implementation
  • Planning and preparation of production forecasts and programmes
  • Compiling monthly stocks and management reports
  • General farm management
  • Implementation and monitoring of agreed cropping programmes
  • Crop production – seed maize, commercial maize, wheat, soya beans, beans and other crops that the directors would want to grow.
  • To efficiently and effectively run the livestock programmes for poultry, piggery, cattle and small animals, i.e. sheep and goats.
  • Ensuring that farm preparations are done effectively and efficiently
  • Liaising and coordinating with Agricultural stakeholders
  • Management of assets including farm machinery and equipment

Qualifications And Experience

Diploma in Farming, 3 years
Experience in mixed farming
