Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales transactions.
  • Process orders, quotations and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing.
  • Handle cash and EFT payments and ensure proper banking.
  • Manage general administration of the factory shop.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote and sell our products to existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide market feedback.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits and stock checks.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Receive, verify and record incoming stock.
  • Ensure accurate stock keeping and inventory records.
  • Conduct stock counts and reconcile variances.
