Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in education.
- At least 4 years in senior school leadership (Principal, Deputy Principal or Head of School).
- Proven record of increasing enrolment and improving academic performance.
- Experience in independent school leadership.
- Knowledge of ZIMSEC and HEXCO examination administration.
- Strong financial, strategic planning and people management skills.
- Must own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence.
