Our client requires a self-driven and highly competent Executive Director to fill in the Executive Director Position.

Purpose of the Job

The Executive Director’s role is to Lead and Influence the organisations towards advantageous growth and design strategies that enhance the achievement of Organisational goals.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Gears the organization’s strategy
• Supervises day-to-day business activities.
• Conducts performance reviews.
• Reports on budget performance.
• Delivers leadership to workforce.
• Creates sound business plans.
• Oversees financial accounts.
• Engages with community groups.

Education Qualifications and Person Specifications

• Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent.
• A Financial management experience (an added advantage)
• Project management experience and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional Public relations and marketing experience.
• Respectable interpersonal skills.
