Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between executives, clients, and partners, seating clear communication.
  • Support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of both administrative and legal documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with legal exposure.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
