VACANCY
Duties and Responsibilities:
i. Managing the Principal’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
ii. Preparing and organising materials for meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes.
iii. Acting as a liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders.
iv. Handling incoming correspondence and manage communication on behalf of the Principal.
v. Maintaining and organising files and records, ensuring compliance with Commission policies and procedures.
vi. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
vii. Requesting office stationery, provisions and equipment
viii. Attending to the principal’s visitors, providing office hospitality services and miscellaneous duties
ix. Supporting special projects and initiatives as directed by the Executive Chairperson.
Qualifications and Competencies
* Degree in Secretarial Studies
* Degree/HND in Office Management or Linguistics/English and Communication/ Business Administration/ Management is an added advantage
* Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
