Post 2. Executive Assistant x 1 post

Key Responsibilities:

• Making appointments

• Organising and coordinating daily schedules in the office

• Analysing the documents

• Categorising documents according to files

• Assisting visitors with information

Qualifications

• National/ Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Good communication skills and very courteous

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
