Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including weddings, parties, marooro, conferences, and corporate functions.
• Manage the hiring and tracking of event equipment (chairs, tables, tents, sound systems, etc.).
• Introduce and manage modern technological systems for tracking hired-out equipment.
• Prepare and manage event budgets.
• Book venues, provide Venue management, and maintenance, and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and timelines.
• Knowledge of event logistics and equipment management.
