*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and investigating ethical conduct, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, and utilizing CCTV cameras to monitor and investigate potential compliance breaches.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and investigate potential compliance breaches, including theft, fraud, and other unethical conduct.
– Conduct investigations into alleged compliance breaches, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote ethical conduct and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
– Provide training and guidance to employees on ethical conduct and compliance requirements.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
– Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications and Experience
*Requirements:*
– Relavant qualification.
– At least 3 years’ experience in a compliance or ethics role, preferably in a similar industry.
– Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and laws.
– Experience with CCTV monitoring and investigation techniques.
– Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
