JOB DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above mentioned post that has arisen in the Environmental Health Department
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspection of premises
- Disease Prevention and Control
- Water and food quality Monitoring
- Supervision of waste management
- Identification and mitigation of environmental hazards
- Any other duties assigned by the Environmental Health Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma in Environmental Health
- A higher qualification is an added advantage
- At least two years post qualification experience in a similar role
- Clean Class 4 or 3 driver’s license
- Be registered with the Environmental Health Professions Council and have a valid practicing certificate
- At least 30 years and above
