Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the company’s annual maintenance plan
• Monitoring and controlling implementation of the company’s engineering and construction projects
• Scheduling upgrading and replacing the company’s critical equipment
• Scheduling plant and equipment shut down for maintenance
• Coordinate outsourced engineering and construction works
• Ensuring compliance with applicable technical standards
• Budgeting and budgetary control
• Streamline and align the company’s projects and maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, environmental and security requirements, policies and procedures
• Personnel management

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Petroleum infrastructure
• Construction contracts management
• Maintenance of PLCs, pumps
• Engineering ICT skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 2015
• A Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• A Post Graduate qualification in Engineering and Project Management Diploma
• At least Five (5) years working experience at Managerial level in oil or related industry
• A clean Class four driver’s license
