Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Development Studies, Research Methods, Statistics or a closely related field.
- At least seven years of demonstrated experience designing and conducting mixed-methods evaluations of health or psychosocial support programmes in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Strong quantitative data analysis skills using SPSS, Stata or R.
- Experience with composite psychometric scale scoring and clinical threshold analysis using PHQ-9, GAD-7 and CYRM-R.
- Experience in panel/cohort data management in humanitarian or refugee settings.
- Previous experience evaluating MHPSS, child protection or humanitarian programmes targeting forcibly displaced populations.
- Demonstrated experience conducting research with children, adolescents and vulnerable populations.
- Strong child safeguarding and trauma-informed research experience.
- Ability to produce high-quality evaluation reports in English.
