Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and managing emergency and assistance requests.
  • Assessing the nature, location and urgency of each request.
  • Coordinating ambulances, roadside assistance, towing, security and other service providers.
  • Monitoring response and resolution times.
  • Keeping customers informed and reassured.
  • Maintaining accurate incident records.
  • Escalating urgent or high-risk situations appropriately.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 O-Levels , including English and Mathematics.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, emergency services, healthcare, security, transport or dispatch is an advantage.
