The successful candidate will report to the WUA Fashion and Design Centre Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating embroidery machine to create designs on fabrics;
  • Loading and unloading garments or panels onto the machine;
  • Selecting and changing threads needles and frames;
  • Framing garments or panels;
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of embroidery work;
  • Originating designs and logos to clients’ specifications;
  • Filling in customers information and verifying with clients before starting work assigned;
  • Trimming off excess threads on embroidered products; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by management and immediate supervisors.

Requirements

  • Clothing industry service card or reference;
  • Proven minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Embroidery Operator in a reputable firm in the clothing industry is a must; and
  • Certificate or Diploma or degree in clothing related fields is an added advantage.
