The duties of the incumbent will involve:
Assisting in all laboratory work and design projects;
Assisting staff and students in technical use of electronic equipment;
Manning of the Electronic Systems laboratories;
Inventory creation and update of systems.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor of Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent passed with an upper second class (2.1) or better from a recognized University;
at least one (1) year post qualification experience OR
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electronic Engineering;
A minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience;
Applicants should also have experience in laboratory Electronic systems, maintenance and repairing of Electronic equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, PCB development, electronic kits both analogue and digital kits as well as knowledge of variety of consumables in Electronic Systems laboratories that is consumable electronic components.
