Requirements
- Expertise in mobile/internet banking platforms and payment systems.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage external vendors and collaborate with internal teams like ICT, Risk, and Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) regulatory framework regarding digital transactions and reporting.
- Analytical Capability: Proficiency in tracking KPIs such as transaction volumes, active users, and non-interest income.
- Specific experience in digital banking, product management, or electronic channel operations.
- A Degree in Information Systems, Banking and Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Digital Banking, Cybersecurity, Product Management, or Project Management will be a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
