Driver – ZPC 167 views

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the following Contract Position that has arisen at Munyati Power Station. Applicants should attach a detailed CV and certified copies of qualifications. Females are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ferrying Shift and Non Shift employees to and from work.
• Transportation and collection of Station equipment.
• Ferrying sick patients as and when required.
• Delivering mail and other company documents.
• Inspection of vehicle before use.
• Reporting of defects on vehicles to relevant Supervisor.
• Washing and cleaning of Station Vehicles.
• Carries out any other duties as assigned by the relevant Supervisor.
• Carries out duties in accordance with the requirements of IMS Standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 “O” Levels including English Language.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Clean Class 1 Driver’s License (proof of retesting with the Vehicle Inspectorate Department should be clearly indicated).
• Valid Defensive Driving Certificate.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Ambulance Technician Certificate as an added advantage.
• NB For the avoidance of doubt candidates must ensure to attach certified front and back copies of their Driver’s License.
