Stagri is an agriculture-focused company with a primary focus on chilli production, supported by aggregation, distribution, and export of chilli produce. We work closely with farmers, suppliers, and markets to ensure smooth movement of produce across the value chain. Our operations include local and regional logistics, with deliveries within and outside Harare, and cross-border transportation when needed. Stagri is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as a Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving 4-tonne, 9-tonne, and 30-tonne trucks to support the movement of produce and related materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks to deliver and collect produce and other goods
- Ensure deliveries are done on time and as assigned
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
- Ensure proper loading and offloading of goods
- Follow road safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain logbooks and delivery records
- Support operations during field assignments
- Travel within and outside Harare, including cross-border where required
Requirements
- 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language
- Clean Class 2 Driver’s Licence
- Valid Defensive Driving Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid passport
- Willingness to travel within and outside Zimbabwe
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
