**Location: Harare**
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Driver/Messenger to join our team in Harare. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of individuals and equipment while upholding our commitment to excellence in service.
Duties and Responsibilities
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Safely transport staff, documents, and equipment to designated locations in a timely manner.
– Conduct routine inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
– Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
– Collect and deliver important documents and packages as required.
– Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a high standard of safety.
– Maintain an accurate log of pickups, deliveries, and any incidents that may occur during the trip.
Qualifications and Experience
**Requirements:**
– Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
– Defensive Driving Certificate is an added advantage.
– Proven experience as a driver or messenger, preferably in a corporate environment.
– Strong understanding of local traffic regulations and routes within Harare.
– Excellent time management skills and a proactive attitude towards work.
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Dependable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
