Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff and consultants to approved locations.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and daily upkeep.
• Ensure vehicle documents, logbooks, and supplies are complete and up to date.
• Plan routes and respond to transport requests.
• Deliver documents and goods as required.
• Support banking errands and related office transport tasks.
• Conduct practical driving tests for staff.
• Carry out any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 O levels and any other relevant certificates with a minimum of [ ] years driving experience.
• A valid defensive driving certificate and a valid driving license.
• Experience driving 4X4 Land Cruiser vehicles is required.
• Experience as a driver mechanic will be an added advantage.
• Mature and willing to work odd hours.
• Willing to drive to areas outside of Harare.
• Good written, oral, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent numeric skills.
• High analytical skills and pay attention to detail.
• Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a clean career record, be honest, accountable, and a person of integrity.
