Our organization is looking for a passionate and experienced Class 2 Drive to join our growing International Company and play a crucial role in transporting CNBMZIM incoming and outgoing deliveries in accordance with the organizational procedures
Duties And Responsibilities
• To transport products and raw-materials to areas where they are needed
• To load and unload the goods and raw-materials to and from the organization
• To precisely finish all paper work connected with conveyance of the supply
• To ensure timely conveyance of products and raw-materials to and from places as instructed by the supervisor or Head of Department
• To ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
• To carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are in good condition
• To recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the supervisor
• To report any instances of misshape or accident to the supervisor
• To perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle as per CNBM`s policy
• To report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
• To keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance and payment for tolls
• To keep up a travel record to record areas travelled to, travel time, mileage and travel hours
Qualifications And Experience
• Proven experience as a truck driver
• Clean class 2 driver`s license
• Defensive driving certificate
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
• Excellent physical condition and coordination
