Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medicines under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Label medicines accurately and provide basic usage instructions to clients as directed.
• Cleaning surfaces where medicines are stored to ensure compliance with Infection Control Policies and local legislature.
• Assists stores’ and stacks medicines according to FEFO and participate in stock takes.
• Responsible for OTC coordination.
• Operates the till accurately and handles money in a safe and secure manner in line with Vivat Finance policy.
• Reconciles daily cash transactions in conjunction with the Pharmacist for safekeeping.
• Cleaning and maintaining order in the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Dispensary Assistant Certificate.
• 5 ordinary level passes.
• 2 years’ experience working in a related field.
