Dispatch Supervisor

Applications are invited for the DISPATCH SUPERVISOR position that has arisen within Baker’s INN Sales & Distribution – Northern Region, Harare.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the dispatch of bread and confectionery products to various delivery routes.

• Ensure accuracy of loading according to dispatch schedules and invoices.

• Supervise loading staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to company standards.

• Monitor stock movement between production and dispatch.

• Verify dispatch documentation and reconcile with system data.

• Conduct end-of-shift stock counts and prepare dispatch reports.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.

• At least two years’ experience in a dispatch or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
