Dispatch Clerk

 

 

JOB PURPOSE:

 

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Clerk to join our team, responsible for stock movement based on Sales Orders, Production Orders, and Internal Requisitions.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

• Manage stock transfers into the invoicing location.

• Receive and process Sales Orders, Production Orders, and Internal Requisitions.

• Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Communicate with Sales Clerks and Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth dispatch of stocks.

• Comply with company policies, and statutory regulations.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

• 3-5 years’ experience in high-volume stock movement environment.

• Experience with systems to track Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Certificate in Warehouse Management or equivalent experience.
