Bak Overally in charge of planning and directing the strategy for real estate agency, property management and valuation of all categories of the real estate sector. This includes buying and selling, letting and leasing, auctioneering, property management and valuation of property for various reasons as per clients request.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the activities of the division which are, buying and selling of properties, letting and leasing. auctioneering and property management.

•Valuation of property for purchase, sale, mortgage, financial valuation and other basis. •Manages all types of properties, from residential. commercial, industrial, agricultural, and mining. •Ensures that all property issues ranging from the renovation and repairing, re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved parcels to others are done by the company and through the company. •Property management for both company and clients properties.•Researches, analyses and identifies potential real estate opportunities that align with the company’s business goals and plans.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Rural and Urban Planning, or any other relevant degree. • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred or its equivalent •Relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. •Registered with the Real Estate Agency Council of Zimbabwe :lid Valuers Council of Zimbabwe Lstate Industry experience as a Principal Agent is a must , visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset. •strong interpersonal skills
