DIRECTOR COMMISSARIAT

ZANU PF is seeking applications from qualified, dynamic and career oriented professional for its Headquarters in Harare. It seeks the services of a motivated person who will fulfill the following responsibilities and have the qualifications and experience set cut below.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide a comprehensive service to the party including:
- Reports to the Secretary for Commissariat.
- To serve the administrative head of the Department of
- Representing the Party in appropriatepolitical forums.
- Providing Party secretarial services, maintaining statutory records, calling and attending Directors meetings, providing advice as may be necessary.
- Heads the Party’s affiliates, the Zimbabwe Electoral matters.
- Coordinates and Liaises with Provinces in all matters to do with the conductof all internal and national elections.
- Liaises with Party affiliates, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC), Nees, Civic Society and Faith Based Groups in electoral matters.
- Works closely with Chitepo School of Ideology on Party training programmes.
- Provides Secretary Services to the ZANU PF Elections
- Carriers out any other duties as assigned by the Secretary for
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- A recognized Political Science Degree, and Master’s Degree in any Social Science field is an advantage.
- PhD advantageous
- Should be a Party Card Holder
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work under considerable time pressure on a regular basis
- A high level of motivation and energy
- The aptitude to interact effectively with subordinates and senior political leadership.
- Is ideological aligned to the values, principles of ZANU PF theruling Party
- Ability to interact with high-level individuals and organisations
- Loyalty to the Party and Leadership is a prerequisite
- Motor vehicledriver’s licenses
