Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Banking Operations aligned to the TSP and Digital Banking agenda.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA, IOBZ) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years’ Banking experience, with at least 5 years at Senior/Executive level.
- Proven experience in Retail Banking, Branch Operations, Digital/Omnichannel Banking, Customer Experience transformation, Microfinance or Financial Inclusion initiatives and International Banking operations.
- Strong understanding of Banking Operations, Products, and Regulatory frameworks.
