Team Leader Sales,
Key Job Specs Include:-
1. Interviewing, selection and recruitment of new Commission Based Loan Sales Agents, with view to grow Sales Agent network across the country.
2.Leading and motivating Agent Sales Team network in the field.
3. Setting weekly, monthly individual sales targets for Direct Sales Agents with a view to identifying non performers.
4. Setting weekly sales call visit routes and destinations for Direct Sales Agents.
5. Assisting management in coming up with strategies to improve sales and turnover.

Duties And Responsibilities

 

1. Market and sell Cash Loans and Products on credit to Civil Servants in Zimbabwe on behalf of Banks and Microfinance Institutions in Zimbabwe, through Direct Sales Visits.

N.B. THIS POSITION IS A COMMISSION BASED ROLE.

Qualifications And Experience

 

1. Direct Selling Experience is a MUST.
   2. Commercial or tertiary qualification. in Sales or marketing is a requirement.
   3. Mature, self motivated individual able to work with minimum supervision.
   4. Applicant must be a team player able to work with and supervise and monitor Direct Sales Agents from different backgrounds
