Key Responsibilities
- Digitising physical records: Scan, index and upload physical records into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in accordance with established standards.
- File conversion and OCR processing: Convert documents across various formats and ensure files are OCR-enabled for searchability.
- Electronic records repository management: Maintain and update electronic records and repositories to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Records tracking and retrieval: Monitor record movement and efficiently process access and retrieval requests.
- Records classification and retention: Classify, tag and file electronic records in compliance with approved retention and disposal schedules.
- EDRMS implementation support: Provide support for the implementation and administration of the Electronic Document and Records Management System.
- Workflow management: Oversee and manage electronic records workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Information security and integrity: Uphold the security, integrity and accessibility of digital corporate records.
- Audit support: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely digital records.
