Reporting to the General Manager of New Markets, the successful candidate must possess a strong sense of project-management rigor, innovation, leadership and communication skills with a focus on efficient customer service. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to accommodate changing customer needs and strategies resulting in proactive decision making to improve service delivery. The following are the key result areas
Job Specification
- Generating leads for the digital channels and maintaining a database of potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that all queries that come through the channels are resolved.
- Maintaining a vibrant and highly engaging online social media presence for the company.
- Maintaining a vibrant and highly engaging website/ mobile application in consultation with service providers and Group Marketing.
- Marketing and promoting company products.
- Analysing trends in consumer buying behaviour, needs and recommending innovative solutions.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Degree in Communication / Media & Communication / Marketing
- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High technological skills
