Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly ROI and engagement reports
- Create short-form videos, graphics, and promotional content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or related tools
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer sentiment, providing monthly digital insights
- Collaborate with the Sales and Merchandising teams to support promotions and product activations
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all platforms
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media and digital advertising for a brand or agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable results
