Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair heavy plant and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Attend to breakdowns both in the workshop and on-site
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate service records
Requirements
- Apprentice Trained Diesel Plant Fitter/ National Certificate/Diploma
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driver’s licence
