Job Summary

Maintain a record of all goods coming into the company and leaving the company warehouse. Attend to customer complints and requests. Assign deliveries to delivery crews. Ensure despatch vehicles are maintained and maintain maintanance records.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Liase with production and sales on orders to be delivered.
   2. Liase with purchases department on goods being received.
   3. Liase with customers on the production state / position of their orders.
   4. Attend to customer requests and complaints regarding to product despatch.
   5. Record all activities regarding to the movement of all incoming and outgoing goods.
