A reputable NEC is seeking the recruitment

1. Designated Agents x2

Station: Hwange and Mutare

Applications are invited for the post of Designated Agent, to assist Council in the administration of its agreements in terms of the Labour Act. The successful applicant will be required to successfully complete three months fixed time probationary period before confirmation of permanent employment and he will be approved by the Registrar of Labour Administration.

• Candidates should be above 25 years old.

• Have a minimum of first degree in Social Sciences or related field.

• Have at least two years’ experience in an Industrial Relations environment, and as Labour Officer or Designated Agent.

• Have Conciliation & Arbitration Experience.

• Be in possession of a valid Class 4 drivers’ licence.

• Be fluent in major Zimbabwean languages.

• Be prepared to travel extensively throughout Zimbabwe.

• It would be an added advantage for applicants to have some knowledge of the Mining Environment.
