Youth Decide Zimbabwe organization is inviting applications from young individuals who are willing to fill the vacant of, and voluntarily work as, the (Deputy) Spokesperson.
•Ideal applicants are expected to be possessing strong communication skills (writing and speaking).

Duties And Responsibilities

S/he shall be expected complete the following duties –
• Arrange and attend press conferences; as well as, contacting members of the press, delivering prepared remarks, and fielding press questions on behalf of the organization;
• Maintaining and developing media contacts;
• Monitoring media coverage;
• Present the organization’s message and make sure that op-eds are in line with the organization’s values, goals and objectives;
• Manage and minimize negative publicity; and clear up any false or misleading coverage that affects organization’s position or reputation;
• Always respond to trending stories and current affairs especially youth matters on behalf, and as the mouthpiece, of the organization.
