ROLE PROFILE
1. Development, utilization and amalgamation of Tech Services, Mining & Process Plant structure.
2. Mining Projects executions.
3. Oversees Production processes & targets.
4. Plant & machinery availability.
5. Power consumption management.
6. Assists in business performance reporting.
7. Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Management.
8. Human Capital and Industrial Relations Leadership
9. Oversight on budgeting, internal controls, reporting & disclosure systems.
THE IDEAL PERSON
1. BSc Degree in Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy or Geology.
2. MBA/ MBL an added advantage.
3. 10 years of working experience
SALARY: USD4000.00
