Role Overview
The Deputy Director of Discipline reports to the Director of Discipline and is responsible for developing frameworks to improve the operations of the Ministry’s Disciplinary Committees, managing discipline-related cases, coordinating investigations in line with Public Service Regulations, providing guidance to staff handling challenging cases, liaising with the Office of the Attorney-General on legal matters, and coordinating case investigations.
