DEPUTY CHIEF NURSING OFFICER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
- Plans and manages health activities within a division of at least six (6) clinics.
- Supervises Sisters in Charge and Community Health Sisters within a division.
- Coordinates health activities in a division.
- Manages the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Controls quality care, health standards and regulations within a division
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in General Nursing, Midwifery and Community Health.
- Degree in Nursing Sciences.
- Valid Practising Certificate.
- Clean class 4 driver’s licence
- At least 5 years work experience in a similar environment.
